20/10/2025 14:00 - We are now seeing normal services resume but are closely observing the situation. Some of our providers are still reporting knock-on issues but only with parts of their services not used by CareCalls. We are closely monitoring the CareCalls services and the ongoing situation with AWS.
20/10/2025 07:30 - Amazon AWS encountered a significant outage starting around 7.30 GMT this morning. This has affected a large volume of services around the world, including those which are used by CareCalls.
As a result, all services have been affected, we are currently monitoring the situation and will update this page when the issue is resolved
